Frame
Press F to draw a frame, then pick a preset size such as Instagram post in the right panel. Frames are your artboards.

Drag an image onto a shape to fill it with the photo. Corner radius is in the Design panel, next to the size.
Layout
Auto layout (Shift + A) sets padding and the gap between items, so spacing stays even when the content changes.
